Cancellation Policy – PayPocket

You may cancel your PayPocket service or subscription by providing written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has started may not be eligible for a refund and could incur fees as outlined in your service agreement or platform terms.

If your access to PayPocket is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.

Upon cancellation or termination, related account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download and retain any reports, transaction records, or documentation before closing your account.

PayPocket reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, feature, or product offering at any time, with or without prior notice. Refunds related to such changes will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
