Refund Policy – PayPocket
PayPocket provides secure, advanced payment processing and transactional services as outlined in our service agreements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, all service fees, processing charges, and platform usage costs are non-refundable once access has been granted or service delivery has begun.
If you believe you’ve been billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@paypocket.cc. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted solely at the discretion of PayPocket.
PayPocket reserves the right to modify pricing, transaction fees, and service-related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply to future billing periods or new agreements and will not affect previously invoiced or paid amounts.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of services that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations.
Additionally, PayPocket does not offer compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for service interruptions, product modifications, or feature discontinuations unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
